Aaron Pepin was born and raised in Bath, Maine. From 1990-1991 he attended college at the University of Southern Maine. However, in 1992 Pepin decided to move to St. Augustine, FL as the result of friends who vacationed here and thought Aaron would love the area. The culture, music, charm and overall area were major draws. For the past 17 years Aaron has pursued his passion in the hospitality management industry. However, Pepin had the desire to further his education in marketing. This took him to Orlando, FL in 1998 where he attended the University of Central Florida. In tandem, he continued to maintain his career in hospitality management for dining establishments including The Mill and Olive Garden. Although, Orlando just wasn’t St. Augustine thus in 2001 he moved back and managed at several high volume local restaurants such as The Conch House Marina Resort, Zhanra’s, South Beach Grill and others. While the hospitality industry was Aaron’s passion, he decided he needed a lifestyle change. Working in the food industry is all consuming and rather stressful.
Pepin decided to change his career path to real estate as the result of having a great experience when he purchased his home in St. Augustine in 2003. It’s been a natural and advantageous transference of his excellence in service from his hospitality management experience to successful real estate sales. Pepin has spent the past couple of years developing his real estate career and commitment to ensure buyers and sellers have a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout their listing or purchasing process.
Since leaving hospitality management, Aaron takes full advantage of a more flexible schedule that affords him the opportunity to do more fishing, skydiving, kayaking, culture, camping, travel, snow skiing and more.
